This free app is a service provided by Securitas Direct and is connected to its Assistance Center. The app requires the acquisition of Senior Protection Devices which include a watch with fall detection, location, activity control, and SOS button, and a central unit with voice help recognition software, SOS button, sensors for temperature, humidity, air quality, touch screen, and voice chat.

The Senior Protection system responds to a situation where the watch wearer falls, and Securitas Direct handles everything by deploying the established emergency plans so that you can take care of the most important things while staying informed of everything through this app. From the app, you can talk at no additional cost to your family member or friend's system without the need for the other person to have a telephone. In addition, this person can talk for free with the entire user community and thus have fun talking with more people.

The app offers several features that allow caregivers to monitor their loved ones, including alerts for falls, monitoring of the established emergency plan, knowing if the person is or not at home, managing users' physical activity goals, alerts for sudden changes in temperature inside the home, alerts for poor air quality at home, and power outages.
